Learn which vegetable varieties are recommended for Cheyenne based on decades of research conducted at the Cheyenne Horticulture Field Station (now the High Plains Arboretum) from 1930-1974. Horticulturist Jessica Friis will explain the varieties and how to care for them so that you can successfully grow vegetables in your backyard.  

This session is held in the second-floor classroom of the Shane Smith Grand Conservatory. Pre-registration is needed, and the cost of this program is $5 per person.
