 A
glade is commonly defined as an open, grassy area with few or no trees in the
middle of a wooded area. This part of the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens fits the
definition perfectly.
The glade connects
Discovery Pond with
our Peace Garden and is a very special place to the many people who frequent
this area.
Besides
being a very quiet place surrounded by trees and framed by water it is also
a site for our free Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power Summer
 performance
