North Community Garden
Gardens, scholars say, are the first sign of commitment
to a community. When people plant corn they are saying,
let's stay here. And by their connection to the land,
they are connected to one another.
- Anne Raver
The north community garden of the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens
opened in 2006. It was funded by a Community Development Block Grant. This
garden includes a sidewalk to the area, accessible planting beds and a tool
shed.
